Only one cab company around and it's one dude who wrote in magic marker ”cab company” on the side of his window. We went to the ****** and spent five hours there. After a 40 minute wait, we got an uber who said he doesn't usually work the area but took care of us. YOU WILL NOT GET A TAXI OR UBER on demand in this area. We decided to visit the ****** two miles away. However, the room we moved to had dogs next door. Obvously we complained and was moved by Milicent quickly. I couldn't believe they put us in this room. We looked at the window and it was shattered. A moment later an ambulance went by and it felt like the sound was inside the room. Within second, my backside was soaking wet. Then, with shoes off and just wearing socks, we walked into a puddle of water on the floor and I quickly sat down on the chair. We unpacked, looked around and noticed there was a dehumidifier outside the door. Second, when we got to our room it was very musty. If you are looking for a 'restful night sleep' you will not receive it here. First, the hotel is literally situated between two extremely busy highways.

She did her very best to manage all of our challenges so NOTHING I say is related to this very professional woman. She was professional, nice, and experienced. The front desk was managed by a very nice woman named Milicent.
